ALIVE! Ministries, Inc. is a faith-based non-profit, 501C3 organization, founded in February 2001 by Reverends Derek and Carol Stevenson.
It is committed to uplifting families through marriage education and enrichment.
Their previous ministry includes the pastorate, evangelism, and leaders of various ministries within the body of Christ. They have
been led by God to place particular emphasis on the strengthening of God's holy institution - "Marriage."
The Fosters have been married 41 years and have four adult children and five grandchildren. They have lived in Minnesota since 1977.
After 35 years of employment at Olin Brass Corporation, Jack very recently retired as a District Sales Manager. Delores left the
field of social services in 1982 and began ministry as an evangelist. She later became a floral designer for 7 enjoyable years and
then returned to fulltime ministry.
Both, Jack and Delores preach and conduct Bible studies at several prisons throughout the state of Minnesota. They have been team
members of AMI for several years; serve as presenters and have been board members since incorporation.
They are ministry leaders of The Living Word Church and World Outreach Ministries of St. Paul, MN. Jack is a graduate of Southern
Illinois University, Edwardsville. Delores attended SIUE, and is a graduate of Spiritual Life Bible College of Minneapolis.
Randy & Rochell Webb are team members and audio-visual technicians of Alive Ministries. They have been married for 24 years. Randy
served as a Minister in the Gospel with their previous Pastor and church for 20 years.
The Webb’s have ministered and helped married couples and families for more than 18 years. They have also served as Children and
Youth Pastors. Educating children is Rochell’s passion. She is now furthering her education to pursue the direction God has led her.
Eric is President of Yancy and Associates, an information systems technology firm and has been a Consultant for over twenty-five years.
Carletta is a Disability Services Coordinator in the Interpreting/Captioning Unit at the University of Minnesota and was previously
employed by Wells Fargo Bank.
In 1980 Eric and Carletta had a divine appointment and, as a result, have been married for almost 28 years and have seven children.
They reside in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Eric and Carletta are founders of Extended Family Network Inc, a nonprofit (501c3) Christian organization that works with churches,service organization, community agencies, schools and groups of families that want to make a positive impact on the welfare of children,
youth and families.
Eric and Carletta are also partners and facilitators with ALIVE! Ministries. Their focus is on bringing couples
together through the Marriage Support Network (MSN).
They are members of Sanctuary Covenant Church where Eric is a member of the Elder
Board.
Their favorite scripture is: Jeremiah 29:11, “for I know the plans I have for you, declares the lord, plans to prosper you and
not to harm you, plans to bring you to an expected future and a hope”….

The Stevenson’s are ministers of the gospel of Jesus Christ and have been in ministry for over 25 years. Married 39 years, they have
a burden to see marriage relationships grow as God designed. They lead marriage enrichment seminars, workshops, group sessions, and
encourage couples on an individual basis.
